Program Options...

TRACK 1: The Turnkey Approach – BHO, after determining your local goals and needs, will set up an entire working program. Management is retained by hospital or surgeon. Long term, BHO will be available for consultation on an as needed basis.

TRACK 2: Similar to Track 1, except after the program is established, management is retained by BHO under a long term management contract. This program can usually be up and running in 90 days (Cost for Track 2 is reduced by at least 30%).

*TRACK 3: The Combo – this has proven to be an excellent approach. BHO will establish the program and manage it for 1 year. Management will then go to the hospital or surgeon. This gives the opportunity for program personnel to gain competence under experienced supervision.

TRACK 4: The Menu Approach – BHO will assist hospital and/or surgeon with any of the individual services as described in our Description of Services.

TRACK 5: The “Do It Yourself” Approach – BHO will assist hospital and/or surgeon by offering to them individual items, e.g. Policy and Procedure Manual, Patient Manual, Forms, BariBase, Quality Control Guidelines, Staff Training, Inservices, etc. These items can be purchased separately with or without training.

Where to Start:

We begin by getting together with you to determine your goals and needs. Circumstances are different from hospital to hospital and practice to practice – ONE program design DOES NOT FIT ALL. It is essential that we understand the details of your needs and have an idea exchange in your local setting. Issues such as local cost of doing business, competition, etc. are important to us. Once we understand your goals and needs we can give you a cost proposal that is accurate and budget friendly. All prices/costs for any consulting service will be provided upon request.

What is the Cost?

Our fees are lower and our services more complete than any other similar program in America. WE ARE NOT A CHAIN! Our GOAL is to help you build your program with total local control. Our program has proven to be successful.

As previously described, Bridging Health Options can offer your facility several options for meeting your Bariatric support program goals. Each Option is priced separately and can be modified to fit your budget constraints.

We want to emphasize that our services are flexible and in no way canned. If all you need is staff training – we can provide that service to you or any other individual service you feel best suits your needs.

Our price structure is designed so that the Turnkey option may be less expensive than the menu selection.
